Transparent payment fees

Rent is collected through Stripe. No setup fees or monthly minimums. Cash and manual bank transfers you record yourself are always free. Card payment fees apply to card payments and pay by bank in app payment.

You can pass the entire card/pay by bank processing fee onto your renters, so you still receive the full rent amount.

The renter approves the payment in their own banking app. No card details, no chargebacks, and the cheapest option on higher rents.

Common questions

Do my chair renters have to pay?
No. Your subscription covers your whole salon. Renters use their portal, pay their rent and sign agreements at no cost to them.
What happens if I need more than one renter?
You can upgrade to unlimited chairs and renters for £24.99 a month. Cancel anytime.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page in two clicks. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and your data stays safe.
Is there a limit on chairs for the paid plan?
None at all. Whether you have two chairs or twenty, the price is the same.
If my renter pays by card or bank transfer within the app, what card fees are charged?
The account owner will pay fees to the value of 0.5% + 20p per transaction for Pay by Bank Transfers & 1.5%+20p per transaction for UK Card Payments. 2.5% +20p for International card payments and premium UK card payments including american express
